TRIALS

A trial is beneficial in many ways, including meeting your artist before the wedding and developing a relationship that enables you to feel secure and relaxed on your big day. It is also important to spend time going over looks and styles with your artist so they understand exactly what you are after and can tailor a look that is especially designed for you to accentuate your best features and your own personal style. A trial is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended! if you do not wish you have a trial, Janice will do a phone or email consultation to discuss your look prior to the day.

Trials are 1hr for makeup or hair and up to 2hrs for both hair & makeup 

Janice welcomes all her clients to bring a close friend or family member.  However it is advised that no more than 1 or 2 people accompany the bride as large parties may cause confusion. 

Trials are performed in Janice’s home studio based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. If this proves to be too difficult, other arrangements can be made at an additional cost for travel. A non-refundable deposit is required at the end of the trial if you wish to proceed with the booking.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Please note, under the extenuating circumstances surrounding covid, Janice is unable to do trials at her home studio during this time. If you would like to book in a trial, Janice will travel to you with an additional travel fee.

TRAVEL FEES & EARLY START

Janice always comes to you on your special day to make sure your hair & makeup preparations are as smooth sailing and stress free as possible, and to make sure that you have optimum comfort on the morning of your big day.

Janice is more than happy to travel to all locations within and outside of Victoria. All travel fees are calculated from Janice’s studio located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

Public holidays and early starts from 8am or earlier will incur an additional surcharge. 

INTERSTATE AND OVERSEAS ENQUIRIES

Janice is also available for interstate and overseas weddings & events.
